3. Eligibility and professional use

Futuristic Webload is intended for professional, technical, business, testing, engineering, quality assurance, performance testing, and software development use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Futuristic Webload complies with all laws, internal policies, security policies, third-party agreements, and organizational approvals applicable to your use.

4. License and activation terms

The local Futuristic Webload software and certain product features require a valid license. Without a valid, non-expired license, some or all functionality may be unavailable or restricted.

4.1 License types

Futuristic Webload may support different license models, including:

  • Machine license: a license assigned to a specific machine, server, CI/CD server, shared terminal server, or execution environment. A machine license may support local CI/CD execution or use by multiple users on the licensed machine, subject to the license scope.
  • User license: a license assigned to a named user or account. A user license may allow the licensed user to use the software on multiple machines, subject to reasonable usage limits and the license scope.

4.2 Additional execution licenses

Certain local run, cloud run, replay, distributed execution, or out-of-scope execution scenarios may require additional run authorization or execution licenses. Such licenses may be generated automatically by the software or related services where available. The fact that a license may be generated automatically does not guarantee license availability, connectivity, or uninterrupted operation.

4.3 Customer responsibility for licenses

You are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, installing, renewing, validating, and using the licenses required for your intended use. We are not responsible for interruptions, failed runs, disabled functionality, lost time, unavailable features, or other consequences caused by missing, invalid, expired, revoked, improperly installed, or improperly scoped licenses.

4.4 Restrictions on software and licensing

You may not tamper with, bypass, disable, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, patch, crack, forge, or interfere with the software, license mechanisms, usage controls, billing controls, security controls, cloud run controls, AI access controls, rate limits, quotas, guardrails, or other protections included in Futuristic Webload.

You may not attempt to access cloud run capacity, AI tools, local tools, internal systems, hidden features, protected APIs, or restricted infrastructure except through the authorized product interfaces and within the scope of your account and licenses.

Unless we explicitly authorize it in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the software or any associated license rights.

5. Customer data, recordings, and artifacts

Futuristic Webload is designed as a local-first product. Test recordings, run artifacts, screenshots, reports, diagnostics, network data, logs, browser data, and related materials may contain sensitive information. You are responsible for deciding what to record, replay, upload, analyze, share, export, or store.

You are responsible for protecting credentials, passwords, tokens, keys, secrets, personal data, confidential information, proprietary information, and regulated information that may appear in recordings, artifacts, prompts, files, screenshots, logs, source code, backend logs, databanks, or AI inputs.

You should avoid recording, uploading, or sharing unnecessary sensitive information. You are responsible for reviewing artifacts before sharing them with cloud services, AI services, support, third-party providers, or other people.

6. Authorized use and acceptable use

You may use Futuristic Webload only for lawful and authorized purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that you own, control, or have explicit authorization to test each system, website, application, API, account, environment, or third-party service affected by your recordings, replays, cloud runs, load tests, AI analyses, scripts, data generation, or automation.

6.1 Prohibited use

You may not use Futuristic Webload to:

  • perform or assist unauthorized load testing, stress testing, denial-of-service activity, DDoS activity, or traffic generation;
  • attack, disrupt, overload, degrade, scan, probe, exploit, or harm systems without authorization;
  • bypass CAPTCHA, anti-bot, rate-limit, robot protection, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, account protection, or access control mechanisms in an unauthorized manner;
  • perform password cracking, credential stuffing, account takeover attempts, unauthorized login attempts, token abuse, key abuse, or identity attacks;
  • break into accounts, systems, applications, networks, cloud environments, databases, or infrastructure;
  • send malicious traffic, malware, phishing, spam, abusive requests, or illegal content;
  • violate third-party terms, rate limits, service agreements, acceptable use policies, sandbox restrictions, or production-use restrictions;
  • evade billing, quotas, tokens, licensing, usage limits, cloud run guardrails, AI guardrails, or technical protections;
  • use generated scripts, test data, recordings, or automation to cause unlawful, unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful activity.

6.2 Third-party services and production systems

Browser replay and load testing may interact with third-party services such as payment providers, identity providers, email services, SMS services, analytics services, CAPTCHA providers, AI services, APIs, fraud systems, CDNs, security services, and external SaaS platforms.

You are responsible for checking your contracts, policies, permissions, rate limits, and service terms with any third-party provider affected by your tests. Where a third-party provider offers a test, sandbox, staging, development, or non-production environment, you should use that environment whenever possible.

You are responsible for any traffic, actions, side effects, transactions, emails, SMS messages, account creations, charges, provider limits, API calls, triggered workflows, data changes, or third-party consequences caused by your recordings, replays, scripts, generated data, cloud runs, or local runs.

7. Cloud runs and cloud infrastructure

Futuristic Webload may offer cloud-based execution, distributed replay, browser infrastructure, temporary artifact collection, and related cloud services. Cloud runs may use infrastructure operated by us and by third-party cloud providers.

You are responsible for verifying that the tested systems, your organization, your customers, and any third-party providers permit the cloud run, replay traffic, test traffic, data transfer, and infrastructure usage involved in your run.

We may implement technical, operational, automated, security, billing, and abuse-prevention protections to preserve service stability, safety, infrastructure integrity, and cost control. You may not attempt to bypass or interfere with those protections.

We may suspend, throttle, restrict, deny, cancel, or terminate cloud runs or cloud access if we believe, in our discretion, that usage may be abusive, unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, excessive, technically risky, or contrary to these Terms.

8. AI features and AI-generated outputs

Futuristic Webload may include AI-assisted analysis, AI agents, AI-generated reports, AI-generated databanks, AI-generated scripts, AI-generated recommendations, and related AI features. AI systems are nondeterministic and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, hallucinated, insecure, unsuitable, or unsafe.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, securing, and approving AI-generated outputs before using, sharing, deploying, executing, or relying on them.

8.1 AI access model

AI features operate in a read-only mode by default. AI systems may access the test result data set generated within the product, including run results, artifacts, screenshots, reports, diagnostics, replay data, and related test output.

Additional access to other information sources, such as source code, backend logs, local folders, infrastructure logs, application logs, or other customer-provided materials, requires explicit user authorization and remains read-only unless otherwise clearly stated.

AI systems do not execute arbitrary software, scripts, binaries, operating system commands, or programs on customer machines. AI systems may access only the tools, files, folders, and data sources made available through the product and user-granted permissions.

8.2 AI outputs

When requested by the user, AI features may generate outputs such as reports, summaries, scripts, test data, recommendations, investigation notes, or other materials. Such outputs are written to user-controlled output locations designated by the software or by the user.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated artifacts before using, sharing, publishing, deploying, executing, or relying on them. This responsibility includes checking generated scripts, generated test data, generated recommendations, generated reports, and any suggested remediation.

8.3 Sensitive data and AI

You are responsible for ensuring that information shared with AI features does not contain unnecessary passwords, secrets, keys, tokens, credentials, personal data, confidential information, regulated data, or other sensitive materials. AI features may send selected data to third-party AI providers as part of the feature you activate.

8.4 AI-assisted technologies

Certain components, features, analyses, scripts, recommendations, documentation, or software artifacts may involve AI-assisted or AI-generated technologies. AI-assisted systems and outputs may contain errors, vulnerabilities, inaccuracies, unintended behavior, or other defects despite review and testing efforts. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability, safety, and correctness of the product and AI outputs for your environment and use case.

9. Tokens, billing, and pricing

Futuristic Webload may use prepaid tokens for cloud runs, AI usage, licenses, analysis, or other paid features. All usage is prepaid. Accounts may not maintain a negative token balance unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.

  • Tokens do not expire unless a specific promotion or written offer states otherwise.
  • Tokens are not transferable between accounts, users, or organizations unless we explicitly approve it.
  • Pricing, token consumption rates, packages, features, and availability may change at any time.
  • Promotional token grants may be subject to additional conditions. Fraudulent, abusive, mistaken, or unauthorized promotional grants may be corrected or revoked.

No monetary refunds: purchases are not eligible for monetary refunds. Failed activities, failed executions, or operational issues may be eligible for token credits or token adjustments at our discretion. Any token refund or adjustment may be reduced by a cost-covering fee calculated in tokens, including infrastructure, provider, or minimum usage costs already incurred.

10. Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Account deletion may remove or anonymize personal profile information where possible. We may retain information required for legal, tax, accounting, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

We may suspend, restrict, revoke, freeze, terminate, or limit access to accounts, licenses, tokens, cloud runs, AI features, downloads, or services if we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, policy violation, non-payment, legal risk, infrastructure risk, or other harmful activity.

11. Third-party services and open source components

Futuristic Webload may rely on third-party services, APIs, cloud providers, AI providers, browsers, browser automation tools, payment providers, scheduling services, communication platforms, and open-source software. These may include, without limitation, Playwright, Chromium, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Google Cloud, PayPal, Calendly, and WhatsApp-related links or services.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, limitations, and data practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, failures, policies, rate limits, provider changes, provider data handling, provider charges, or provider restrictions.

Open-source and third-party software notices may be provided in bundled notices, documentation, product files, or a dedicated notices page.

12. Beta and experimental features

Some features may be experimental, beta, preview, AI-assisted, newly released, or under active development. Such features may change, break, produce unexpected results, become unavailable, be removed, or be subject to different limits.

13. No warranties

Futuristic Webload is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, compatibility, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, security, data preservation, successful execution, cloud availability, AI accuracy, correct analysis, correct generated data, or compatibility with any system, browser, website, API, infrastructure, or environment.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or business damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, system downtime, security incidents, third-party claims, cloud failures, AI errors, failed tests, failed executions, or consequences of replay traffic or generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Futuristic Webload is limited to the fees actually paid by you for Futuristic Webload during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14.1 Customer risk allocation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the customer is solely responsible for the consequences of replay, automation, load generation, browser actions, cloud execution, and AI execution performed through Futuristic Webload, including any financial loss, service degradation, rate limiting, account suspension, third-party charges, or similar consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relexia LTD from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from unauthorized testing, unlawful use, third-party claims, violation of contracts or policies, misuse of AI, uploaded content, or other actions taken through customer use of Futuristic Webload.

AI output is informational assistance only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, hallucinated, or unsafe. AI-generated results must be independently reviewed before production use, including for source code, security, legal, compliance, and infrastructure purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Futuristic Webload is not a security product and does not guarantee security, compliance, correctness, vulnerability detection, or legal compliance. Services may be interrupted, unavailable, throttled, changed, or discontinued without any guarantee of uptime or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for failures, outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service changes of third-party providers, including cloud providers, AI providers, payment providers, communication providers, browser providers, or other integrations.

The customer is responsible for downloading, exporting, and backing up results, artifacts, and reports before deletion or expiration of local or cloud data.

Customers are responsible for complying with export laws, sanctions rules, and similar legal restrictions applicable to their use of Futuristic Webload.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Futuristic Webload after updates become effective means you accept the updated terms. Some material feature areas, such as cloud runs or AI usage, may require additional contextual approval inside the product.

17. Force majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for delays, interruptions, failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, cloud provider outages, third-party service outages, power failures, governmental actions, court orders, sanctions restrictions, or other force majeure events.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy & Data Policy and any applicable order form, subscription page, written addendum, or other incorporated policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Relexia LTD regarding Futuristic Webload and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject matter.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure or delay to exercise or enforce any right or provision will not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.

No third-party beneficiaries: Except where expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

Privacy & Data Policy

This policy explains how Futuristic Webload handles account data, local data, cloud run artifacts, AI inputs, analytics, cookies, providers, retention, and deletion.

Local-first principle: Futuristic Webload is designed so that run data is primarily collected to the customer’s local computer. Data is sent outside the local environment only when required by activated features such as cloud runs, AI analysis, account services, licensing, billing, or user-directed sharing.

1. Scope

This Privacy & Data Policy applies to Futuristic Webload websites, SaaS services, accounts, licensing, cloud runs, AI features, downloads, support, communications, and related services. It does not apply to customer-managed local files, local logs, local databases, local exports, local artifacts, or customer environments except where those materials are intentionally transmitted to us, to our services, or to third-party providers through activated product features.

2. Data we may collect

Depending on how you use Futuristic Webload, we may collect or process the following categories of data:

  • Account information: name, email, organization, login details, contact details, roles, permissions, and account settings.
  • Licensing and entitlement data: license type, machine or user license identifiers, license status, activation status, expiry, token balance, product entitlements, and usage authorization data.
  • Billing and transaction data: payment status, token purchases, token consumption, invoices, receipts, billing metadata, organization name, and financial records. Payment processing may be handled by PayPal or other payment providers.
  • Cloud run data: scripts, replay configuration, execution metadata, temporary artifacts, run identifiers, browser execution data, status, and downloaded results required to perform cloud runs.
  • AI feature data: prompts, selected test results, run artifacts, AI tool usage, AI conversation metadata, turn counts, token economics, cost data, usage metadata, generated outputs, and user-granted read-only data sources.
  • Support and communication data: messages, emails, WhatsApp communications, Calendly scheduling details, support attachments, troubleshooting information, and related correspondence.
  • Website and SaaS usage data: authentication cookies, session data, security data, operational data, and analytics data where analytics tools are used.

3. Local data and customer responsibility

Futuristic Webload may create or store recordings, screenshots, reports, browser data, console logs, network information, diagnostics, generated databanks, generated reports, generated scripts, exports, and other artifacts on customer-controlled machines or environments.

Local data remains under the customer’s control and responsibility. We do not control customer local storage, customer local logs, customer local exports, customer SQL databases, customer backups, customer file sharing, or customer internal access policies. Customers are responsible for protecting, deleting, retaining, securing, backing up, and sharing local data.

4. How data leaves the local environment

We do not send customer data to the internet unless it is part of product execution, user-activated functionality, account/licensing/billing operation, support, cloud runs, AI usage, or another feature the user chooses to use.

Examples include:

  • running a cloud replay or cloud browser execution;
  • using AI analysis or AI-generated databanks;
  • uploading files, logs, artifacts, prompts, or support materials;
  • granting AI read-only access to additional folders, code, backend logs, or other data sources;
  • signing in, licensing, billing, token usage, or account management;
  • contacting support or scheduling a meeting.

5. Cloud run retention and deletion

Cloud run results and artifacts are collected to the customer’s local computer. After successful customer collection/download, cloud-side run artifacts are deleted from our cloud systems.

If collection fails, artifacts may remain temporarily available for manual collection or recovery for up to one week, after which they are deleted. We do not intend to preserve customer run artifacts long-term in cloud storage.

Local copies of run data, logs, results, artifacts, exports, databases, and reports remain the customer’s responsibility.

Internal operational reminder before publication: verify actual deletion behavior for cloud artifacts, application logs, reverse proxy logs, AWS/GCP infrastructure logs, container logs, CDN logs, auth logs, crash dumps, monitoring, tracing, observability systems, and AI request logs before publishing this policy.

6. Logs and operational data

We intend to delete cloud logs and cloud-side run artifacts according to the retention approach described above. Local logs and local artifacts generated on customer machines are controlled by the customer and remain the customer’s responsibility.

We may retain limited operational, security, billing, licensing, account, token, and usage metadata as needed to operate the service, support customers, prevent abuse, maintain financial records, investigate issues, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

7. AI providers and AI data handling

AI features may use API-based third-party AI providers. We currently use OpenAI and may add other providers such as Anthropic, Google, Gemini, Claude, or other AI providers in the future.

We do not intend to retain AI chat and analysis content on our own systems as a long-term data store. However, we may retain operational metadata such as AI tool usage, number of turns, token consumption, token economics, cost data, provider usage, timing, billing records, and similar metadata.

Our policy is to use API-based AI services and provider configurations intended to avoid provider training on customer data where available. However, third-party provider terms, policies, configurations, and retention practices apply. We cannot guarantee the internal behavior, retention, or training practices of third-party providers beyond the terms and configurations actually made available by those providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that prompts, files, artifacts, code, logs, screenshots, folders, or other information shared with AI features do not contain unnecessary secrets, passwords, keys, tokens, confidential data, personal data, or regulated data.

8. Analytics, cookies, and SaaS tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, product operation, account functionality, and billing.

We may also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar services, within our websites and SaaS services to understand usage, improve product experience, measure conversion, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.

We do not currently embed third-party behavioral analytics or user activity tracking tools inside customer-installed local replay environments. We may still collect limited operational, licensing, authentication, billing, token, cloud-service, or AI-service telemetry required for product functionality.

9. Subprocessors and third-party services

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes data on our behalf or as part of providing Futuristic Webload. Depending on product usage, subprocessors or third-party services may include:

  • AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google;
  • cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud;
  • payment providers such as PayPal;
  • communication and scheduling services such as Calendly and WhatsApp links;
  • analytics providers such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools if enabled in SaaS or website environments;
  • browser, automation, and open-source components such as Playwright and Chromium.

Third-party services may process data according to their own terms, policies, infrastructure, and locations.

10. International transfers

Futuristic Webload may use infrastructure and service providers located in different countries. Cloud infrastructure, AI providers, support services, payment providers, analytics providers, and related subprocessors may process or transfer data internationally, including outside your country or region.

11. Data deletion and account deletion

You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us at ofer@futuristicwebload.com. Where possible, we may delete, anonymize, or remove personal profile information such as names, emails, phone numbers, and similar personal identifiers.

We may retain information required for legal, tax, accounting, invoicing, payment, dispute, security, compliance, fraud prevention, audit, or legitimate business purposes. This may include invoices, transaction records, organization names, billing records, token records, purchase records, support records, and records needed to enforce our rights or comply with legal obligations.

No monetary refunds are provided as part of account deletion.

12. Security and customer responsibility

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to support the operation of the product. However, no system is guaranteed to be secure, private, available, error-free, or immune from unauthorized access, data loss, provider failure, configuration mistakes, customer mistakes, or third-party incidents.

Customers are responsible for securing their own machines, networks, credentials, logs, recordings, artifacts, exports, SQL databases, backups, permissions, prompts, AI grants, cloud configurations, and third-party integrations.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of certain personal data. You may contact us at ofer@futuristicwebload.com to exercise such rights.

Some requests may be limited by legal, billing, security, technical, fraud-prevention, or operational obligations.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy & Data Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Futuristic Webload after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to your use.
